From Kochi's famous "salt-seared bonito" to charcoal-grilled "Awaodori" chicken, a brand of chicken that Tokushima is proud of, to Sanuki udon noodles from Kagawa, and even dashi shabu-shabu with the rare Kagawa brand wagyu beef "Olive Beef," you can fully enjoy the delicious flavors of Shikoku!
